Ian Smith is an experienced strategy consultant with a passion for developing people and coaching them for exceptional results. He has worked in the financial services industry for 28 years in a range of roles, including Head of Training, Head of Corporate Development (succession planning) and Management Development Consultant. He recently left Nationwide where he led the integration of training and cultural alignment during the merger with the Portman.
He has defined and led strategy for Cultural Change, Training and Development and Organisational Change Programmes and he is now available to support businesses in achieving great results. He has a deep understanding of what is required to bring about lasting change and make a difference.
He is a certified practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Firo B and is a Best Year Yet® specialist.
