Liz has over 26 years experience in Learning and Organisational Development principally in the Financial Services sector but also Public Sector and more recently IT and Telecoms.  She has developed and implemented a range of organisational and individual development initiatives including national strategies for learning across the sector, national competency systems, talent management and succession planning frameworks, performance management systems and training and development frameworks at a technical, professional and managerial level. Her roles have included Head of Learning and Organisational Development at Gerrard (Barclays Group) and Chief Executive of the Financial Services National Training Organisation and its predecessor organisations, where she took it to Sector Skills Council status.
Liz has run her own consultancy business since 2006 and has a range of clients including Investment Management Companies, a global IT/telecoms business and has done some work for an HR outsourcing company developing a range of people and business audits. She is also an executive coach and has been involved in a global coaching project conducting telephone coaching with clients in emerging markets.
Liz is an FCIPD, has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and utilises a range of assessment tools including MBTI.
