The members’ forum is at the core of all we do. It’s here that we add value to our members’ knowledge of, and contribution to, the world of education, employment and skills with which they engage. We do this via extensive, high-quality intelligence work which is available only to our members:
Briefings: our members receive monthly FEdS Briefings covering a broad range of news and policy developments in employment, education, business and skills across the UK. As a consultancy, FEdS also responds to individual members’ requirements for a limited number of in-house seminars and tightly-written tailored papers each year.
Policy papers: members receive regular FEdS reports summarising and analysing new Government policies which include this year: January Stocktake, The Wolf Report, SEN Green Paper and Social Mobility & Child Poverty
Event papers: members also receive FEdS papers arising from key FEdS events including the FEdS All-Age Careers Service Conference held on 21st March this year.
All FEdS papers and reports for the years 2009 to 2011 are available to members only in our Library
Events: FEdS runs a programme of events each year to provide members and non-members the opportunity to network and to discuss key issues and policies and to look at ways of collaborating in the future. Most are FREE to members, though discounted fees are charged for dinners and bigger conferences.
